HISPANIC HERITAGE FILM FESTIVAL 2026
October 9 - 11, 2026 | Miami, FL
Come and be part of the 3rd Hispanic Heritage Film Festival (HHFF)!
From October 9–11, 2026, the Koubek Center in Miami will once again become a meeting point for filmmakers, film lovers, and Hispanic communities from around the world. HHFF is a celebration of our stories, our voices, and our identity—cinema experienced on the big screen and shared in community.
In our most recent edition, we selected 4 feature films and 23 short films, with works from Argentina, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, the United States, Puerto Rico, Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Ecuador, as well as films created by Cuban filmmakers in the diaspora. This diversity reflects the international scope of the festival and the ongoing dialogue between identities, territories, and experiences that shape contemporary Hispanic cinema.
Each HHFF screening is designed as a complete cinematic experience: films presented to a live audience, conversations around cinema, and opportunities for filmmakers and audiences to connect—creating a space where films are not only watched, but discussed and experienced together.
The festival features jurors from the film industry who present Jury Awards and Honorable Mentions, alongside Audience Awards, celebrating both artistic excellence and genuine audience connection.
For this third edition, we aim to expand the number of films selected and continue elevating the festival experience, inviting more filmmakers and audiences to be part of this celebration of Hispanic cinema.
