MISSION STATEMENT
The Hispanic Heritage Film Festival was created to address the lack of authentic Hispanic representation in South Florida’s cinema scene, despite the region's large Hispanic population. Our festival fills this gap by showcasing entertaining, thought-provoking, and unique films that celebrate the richness and diversity of Hispanic culture.
Our mission is to build a thriving platform where Hispanic films can flourish and gain the recognition they deserve in the U.S. We are committed to screening films that are unapologetically Hispanic, foster a sense of community, and reflect the distinct voices of their filmmakers.
Your involvement plays a crucial role in establishing a lasting connection between Hispanic films and U.S. audiences. Every film we screen helps strengthen this important bridge for Hispanic cinema.
