Join Us for the 2nd Hispanic Heritage Film Festival!
From October 3 to 5, 2025, Miami will once again become a meeting point for filmmakers, film lovers, and Hispanic communities from around the world. HHFF is more than just a film festival—it’s a celebration of our stories, our voices, and our identity, told through the big screen.
In our first edition, we presented 17 carefully selected films: 1 narrative feature, 2 documentaries, and 14 short films, with works from Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, the United States, Mexico, and Panama. This year, we aim to grow and bring stories from even more countries and cultures, reflecting the incredible diversity of our community.
HHFF is not just a festival to watch films. This year, we’re expanding the experience with more activities, more opportunities to connect, and more spaces where creators and audiences can share their love for cinema. From filmmaker talks to special events, we want every attendee to feel like they are part of something bigger—a community where Hispanic cinema shines on its own terms.
OUR MISSION
From October 3 to 5, 2025, Miami will once again become a meeting point for filmmakers, film lovers, and Hispanic communities from around the world. The Hispanic Heritage Film Festival (HHFF) is more than just a film festival—it’s a celebration of our stories, our voices, and our identity, told through the big screen. And what better time to celebrate than Hispanic Heritage Month?
Our first edition in 2024 featured 17 films from 10 countries and welcomed over 200 attendees, marking the beginning of a new cultural space in Miami. This year, we return even stronger: 27 films (4 features and 23 shorts) representing Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States, and Europe will screen across three days at the Koubek Center . For the first time, HHFF will also host a competitive section, highlighting powerful works that span narratives, documentaries, animation, and experimental cinema.
But HHFF is not just a place to watch films. This year, we’re expanding the experience with curated shorts blocks, filmmaker Q&As, and special events—creating more opportunities to connect and celebrate Hispanic cinema together .
At its core, HHFF is about community. Whether you are a filmmaker, an artist, or an audience member, we invite you to be part of something bigger—a space where Hispanic cinema shines on its own terms.
Come, connect, and celebrate with us. HHFF is waiting for you!
